What merchants ask before installing

Does PriceMaster work with my theme?
Yes. The script is injected automatically into the active theme. For an unrecognised theme, a “declared placements” mode and a step-by-step guide are provided, and our team can do the installation for you.
Does it slow down my store?
The script does not change your theme's structure: it replaces displayed prices once the page has loaded, with every variant pre-resolved. No page is rebuilt and nothing is duplicated in your catalogue.
How is it different from Shopify Plus B2B?
Shopify reserves its native B2B features for the Plus plan. PriceMaster brings per-customer prices, quantity breaks, price lists, quotes and B2B orders to any Shopify plan, on your existing store.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
Not by default. Injection is automatic. The manual guide only comes in if your theme is not recognised, and assisted installation is included in the Pro plan.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscriptions page in the app, or by uninstalling PriceMaster. You keep access until the end of the billed period. Billing goes through Shopify Billing in 30-day cycles, with no fixed term: an upgrade is prorated, and on a downgrade your rules are kept while features outside the plan are simply paused.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
PriceMaster's access to your store is revoked immediately. 48 hours later, when Shopify sends its deletion webhook, all your data (rules, quotes, orders, settings) is permanently erased. PriceMaster stores no payment card data.
