How do I show different prices to my B2B customers on Shopify?

With PriceMaster you create price rules targeted by customer, customer tag, product, variant, collection, tag or Shopify market. As soon as the customer is recognised, their discounted prices replace public prices on the product page, product cards and cart, then apply at checkout.

Do I need Shopify Plus to use PriceMaster?

No. PriceMaster brings B2B prices, quantity breaks, price lists, quotes and B2B orders to any Shopify plan, without upgrading to Shopify Plus.

Are discounts really applied at payment?

Yes. A Shopify Function extension applies the B2B price line by line at checkout, with the rule name visible on every order line. The cart is signed HMAC-SHA256 per shop and verified before applying.

Can I show prices with and without tax?

Yes. You choose to display tax-exclusive, tax-inclusive or both. Tax rates are resolved from the visitor's country and labels exist in French, English and Spanish. This option is available from the Growth plan.

How do negotiable quotes work?

The customer requests a quote from the store through the widget. You adjust prices line by line with the margin computed from the Shopify cost, chat with the customer, then send the quote as a PDF with a payment link. The customer reviews, accepts and pays from the “My quotes” portal.

Can I import my prices from an ERP or PIM?

Yes, on the Pro plan. The REST API imports up to 10,000 rules per request, with partial import and an error report. Swagger, Redoc and the OpenAPI 3.0 schema are built into the app.

Does PriceMaster work with my Shopify theme?

Yes. The script is injected automatically into the active theme. For unrecognised themes, a “declared placements” mode and a step-by-step instrumentation guide are provided. You can also request an assisted installation done by our team.
